Stan, one stock that I like is Security Dynamics (SDTI). They are tops in the network/internet security business. They came public in '95 I believe, and they are currently trading in the $65-$70 range. They recently acquired a company by the name of RSA who are the leaders in encryption technology.

SDIT has an incredibly small float of 7mil shares, with management owning 20%, and about 50 mutual funds having a stake in the company, according to IBD. Sales were a little over $30mil in '95.

SDIT's customers include all the big names in networking including Oracle, Cisco, 3Com, Ascend, and Bay Networks, to name a few. Their security is embedded in programs such as Netscape, Windows NT, and Quicken.

The company has had 7 consecutive positive quarters of growth, and with the demand for security of credit card transactions on the internet becoming a bigger issue, this company will directly benefit.
