( BW)(CARDINAL-TECHNOLOGIES) Cardinal Technologies Partners With
CyberLink to Ease ISDN Installation Process; Free service for
customers makes ISDN more enticing

Business Editors/Computer Writers

LANCASTER, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 26, 1996--Cardinal
Technologies today announced a partnership with CyberLink
Technologies, a service company that provides computer users with a
"one call does it all" ordering service for all of their ISDN needs.

CyberLink's "ISDN Express" service will provide third party
support between the customer and the ISDN service provider to ease
the process of installing ISDN service.

"The experience of ordering and installing an ISDN line and
coordinating this with ISDN hardware and software can be
painstaking," said Bob Young, vice president of products, Cardinal
Technologies.

"Cardinal has made our ISDN products easy to install and now the
customer can easily get their ISDN service ordered. By partnering
with CyberLink, Cardinal is ensuring that customers will enjoy the
benefits of ISDN without the complexity associated with the
installation of the service."

Cardinal has made this service easily accessible to customers by
including an automated electronic mail form on its web page at
cardtech.com or customers may call 888/FOR-ISDN.

CyberLink will provide this free service to customers regardless
of the telephone company or ISDN service provider the customer is
using. CyberLink has strategic partnerships established with such
companies as Pacific Bell, MCI and GTE which enables fast and
efficient service for their customers.

"We're pleased to partner with a company like Cardinal
Technologies that really knows the ISDN market," said Steve Roberts,
president, CyberLink Technologies Inc. "By offering their ISDN
adapter at a consumer price point and giving the consumer a free
installation set up service through CyberLink, Cardinal is making
ISDN a more consumer-friendly technology."

In July, Cardinal began shipping the IDC100i, a $199 ISDN adapter
that significantly lowered consumer's cost of entry for ISDN
hardware. In November, Cardinal announced a new family of 33.6
internal, external and PC Card modems that upgrade to both 56 Kbps
(analog) and 128 Kbps (ISDN). The ISDN upgrade option kit for these
new modems is expected to be available in 1st quarter 1997 for only
$79.

CyberLink Technologies was created in 1995 by a group of
experienced professionals having extensive computer industry and
telephone company backgrounds to act as an interface for computer
users to the telephone companies.

The corporate goal is to provide home and business end-users with
computer connectivity service and support programs that allow them to
communicate more efficiently and effectively through the telephone
companies' digital networks. For more information, customers may
