Wexler's House of Lies

<Our nitwit shills seem to doubt that I won a home in Boca Raton, Florida (I do). They desperately scan the Palm Beach County online records for "Bill Wexler" or "William Wexler".>

So that's your story, huh Wexler. Well, I guess we need to straighten this out too.

You claim that you bought a home in Boca Raton, in 2001, for about a million bucks. Apparently you remember about as well as you lie. So let's revisit this Wexler whopper one more time.

When you first posted this fantasy, I had a few spare minutes. I thought it would be fun to see if there was any evidence that might credibly cover this lie. I went to the Palm Beach county real estate records. Contrary to your lie above, I didnt "desperately scan for "Bill Wexler" or "William Wexler." I brought up every Wexler in Boca. All 11 of them. One glance at the list and it was obvious that there were two sets of duplicates and a set of triplicates. A few clicks revealed that two records were for lots. That left only five homes in Boca belonging to people named Wexler.

Not one purchased in 2001. Not one close to a million-dollar home. The most expensive sold for $620K in 1996. Its dropped in value between 2002-2003 and 2004. Doesn't sound like your imaginary neighborhood where a home bought for a million in 2001 is now worth two million. The other four homes are appraised at between $100-300K.

Understand, nitwit? Next lie?
