Peter, this is my second attempt at a response, but SI crashed again and took my work with it, so here goes.

You assume that the GeoCities shares "have already been sold". I doubt it. 1) They could not sell until Jan 8's S-3. 2) Softbank could not sell without a 144 until Jan 8. In all likelyhood, we will never see direct evidence of these shares being sold.

Likewise, we have no conclusive evidence that the Four11 shares have actually been sold. Nor do we for the 865,000 shares subject to exerciseable options (out of 7.6mm option plan shares) which were registered Oct 30.

The seller of these 72m shares could be Softbank or any of several employees or other early shareholders, but it could not be GeoCities or Four11 owners.

The fact that some early shareholder dumped $5mm worth in the first week of the year is reassuring though (and who says taxes don't matter?). Happy New Year to them. I hope they tell their buddies to dump theirs too.

Regards,
Bob
