A Secret Handshake, or a restricted-issue decoder ring or something?

(Can you PLEASE tell us what the password is? How to do the Secret T.A.R.P. II rule-escaping handshake? It would *sure* be a nice gesture for all your S.I. buddies! I'm sure we could all use the early Christmas present!)
