He says he would work with U.S. allies to develop 5G cellular networks and other advanced technologies to ensure they remain secure from intrusion by U.S. adversaries.

That means no let up for Huawei. Biden team will benefit from the heavy lifting done by the Trump administration.

Blacks need to be appeased. "Reparations" will be on the agenda (those rioters and looters will be waiting for pay back time and will demand some free money...)

On the Covid-19 case I need to add.
ANY treatment / medicine will be sanctioned by the "experts" and approved for use.
