A lot of the Border control is in HOW the Border Patrol operates. They can work the edge of the law, even go over it, if they really have Trump's backing. Turn everybody back at the border without holding for hearings. No more "refugees" allowed. Right now a kid runs over the bridge and grabs on to a Border Patrolman, he stays. No more of that, send him right back over the bridge. Seize drugs and let the carrier go back. Just close entry to all non-legals.
