I will assume then the cap = 175k.
..So, at .40 -approx 437500 shares.

I imagine anyone desiring to pick up a larger amount
at this price will have to let it happen gradually
in a number of smaller purchases.

I was pleased to see that getting us some relief
is on top of CVIA's priorities.
