Oh. Well someone was permanently suspended for it.

I'm not sure they can tell if you come in through an ISP from your home though. In my case I used to connect to SI from work so I was traceable. I wanted to set up two accts, one for stock threads and one for coffee shop. I think SI doesn't like that because it screws up their TOU since suspending one user when somebody has multiple accts has no meaning.
