You might be right about the above and that would imply Nokia does not receive the cross licencing benefits extended to the others that pay Qualcomm their standard rate. If folks were only clearer with their words, a frandly solution might ... seem more obvious to all.

Hopefully, all the incomplete BS will come to an abrupt halt once an arbitrator enters the game.
