OK, their buying the film library for $200,000 cash and $1.8mil in escrowed stock over five years. I hope their announcing film distribution deals like the one previously mentioned for Europe soon. Otherwise, how are they going to buy back the $90,000 in stock each quarter. Their current cash flow/earnings are still negative.
If anyone attends the upcoming meeting, please give us a summary.
