Some old news (year old, I think) - but interesting. Does anyone know more about this? From: webpan.com Two Southern California based communications companies, ABS Worldwide and Kanakaris InternetWorks (KIW), have concluded a $1,000,000 stock agreement. As a result, Kanakaris InternetWorks will be expanding its market penetration for content and commerce in the Internet. Under terms of the deal, ABS Worldwide has obtained an equity interest in Kanakaris InternetWorks, while KIW has obtained over $1,000,000 of prepaid media, according to sources close to the deal.
