Myron If you download from the net your speed will be faster. Also if you download from the net, you may get the flag about password, Just cancel that window, then go to start, programs, qp2 and click on update data base. It seems as if the log-in problem is a little tougher that Gary figured or it would be fixed by now. Arctic Mike
