As I write this, Bush is on the podium, sounding more Presidential than I've ever heard him. He's relaxed, his answers may be rehearsed, but they do not seem so, instead he seems to be speaking from the heart...particularly with regard to Saadam. Not everyone will agree with him or with what he does, but he strikes me as every inch a President.
