Are you saying that when a person realizes he will go into a higher tax bracket if he gets a raise or promotion he will conciously slough off ? Are you saying that a VP of a company will not perform well so he doesn't get a promo CEO? Do you think that all the rich guys would lie down on the job if the Bush tax cuts are left to expire???/ btw, who is it that works "super hard"? Only construction workers come to my mind.... And you didn't say how, without spending, jobs are created and not lost...
