Thanks - I figured that number had be wrong. Journalists write all kinds of nonsense. Some of the numbers you do give seem to refer to sub-Saharan Africa and some to South Africa. 10% infection rate sounds low though based on some results (pregaant women coming to hospitals, military recruits) I've read from neighboring countries. But nobody really knows the true rates as these samples are biased anyway.
