I wouldn't mind having an all stainless steel kitchen with a commercial stove. I don't think that's what my wife has in mind though. We do have a restaurant supply place in town but it seems like a restaurant goes broke and has an auction about once a month. I know a guy who is demolishing a bunch of Hardee's that changed to the Starr logo and went broke. Do I really need a deep fat fryer that does 10 pounds of spuds at a time?
