AHP maybe committed but IMHO not to 32-35 range. AHP and IMNX have enough resources and assets to bargain for a better price. Besides, it appears that AMGEN initiated the M and A. AMGEN will finalize this deal before January. Otherwise, with the anticipated ENBREL approval for psoriatic arthritis treatment, a deal after January will be very expensive for them.
