Dear Anthony... Long term I still think KNIC is a good play. But admittedly, trading it would be more profitable short term. I've been shorting many stocks lately, and haven't missed a trade yet. The general market and big Dow stocks are overheated, while many of the small-caps are still undervalued, IMHO. My SHORT-TERM short picks: AOL, INVX, INTC, and almost anything, to be honest. Market may be rough next week. I'm glad I shorted almost everything this past week and covered most on Friday Afternoon. I still like KNIC as a solid med-long term investment.
