PSIX - rumor is been around for a long time. Had buyout offer beginning of year for $10 when stock at $6. Management refused to talk with them. Afterwards, got into deal that got bandwidth for a stock "future" price, in other words, somebody can get 25% of them for almost nothing if stock doesn't get to a predetermined level.. That predetermined level is far north of current levels. Also, went out a floated $600mil, better than the market cap. Still haven't spent it yet. Wonder what they are eyeing? IMO, can't really get excited about this one, mainly because nobody is either. Some recs for $16-18 out there, but again, no takers. Best trading
