All true. But 750 mill of tarp funds should be recoverable with 5% interest. AIG investments of $200mill should be recoverable with 8% interest. GM loans will be lost in Bankruptcy. So that is where I came up with a trillion dollar offset to the 1.75 mill deficit. The Fed loans should all be collectible and decrease its balance sheet a lot in 2010 when they come due. What I am saying is that the devil is in the details and lots of comments on CNBC etc are broad overstatements.
