Artic Mike--Actually its not a netscape window, its a little window that says PROCESS DAILY QUOTES. Its there briefly and then disappears. Where would I check to see if I have a zip file in QP/data\incoming? BTW, I am not set up with virtual. I don't know if that makes a difference or not. I would appreciate the e-mail if after seeing what I have, you still think it will be useful. I will e-mail you my request. Thanks for the effort. Myron
