Sergio, in one of BobbleUnc's post he mentions Cade is in final stages of gaining ISO certification, that is now a done deal at least for there largest subsidiary Auto-Air Composites, this from the 1997 Annual Report:

We indicated to you in our 1996 Letter to Shareholders that we would pursue ISO 9000 quality standards certification for our operating units. I am pleased to report that our largest subsidiary, Auto-Air Composites, received certification in 1997. Management is working diligently with our other subsidiaries to obtain ISO certification. This certification of our company commitment to the highest levels of quality is key to the expansion of our business worldwide, and will continue to be a high priority for us. We congratulate all of our employees at Auto-Air for this achievement, and challenge the other employee groups to make it happen in 1998.
