Ordering options comparison

"Compact Connection is the ONLY Internet music retailer that accommodates everyone's individual purchase options."

Comp.Conn. CD Now Tunes.com Music Blvd Amazon

Telephone YES NO NO NO NO
Orders

Mail orders YES YES YES YES YES

Fax orders YES YES YES YES YES

Compact Connection is the ONLY one that let's you order by telephone, without first submitting your order via the internet.

With CD Now, you have to order on the net, then call
and give your credit card information (2 steps).

Music Boulevard, same 2-step process as CD Now

Tunes.com: "Sorry, but we can not take your order over the phone. "

Amazon, same 2-step process as CD Now

I commend CCI for broadening the options of their customers,
after all, their customers who are the ones you have to satisfy.
They are also the only online music retailer who offers the
" MusicCard ", which IMO, will hook them up with several
big players and greatly help to advertise, as well as bring in revenue.

One last thought...
The Compact Connection website is not the only thing TSIG is working on, they have the latest in call center technology,
and they will put this massive equipment to use in several ways,
to use it to its full potential, selling CDs is just the beginning...

Good Luck to all!
