A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 36% of all Likely U.S. Voters agree that every time a federal agency adds a new regulation, it should be required to get rid of two previous ones. Slightly more (41%) disagree, but nearly one-in-four voters (23%) are undecided. (To see survey question wording, click here.)
