barnes and noble has it on shelf in my area . i picked up the book last night and canceled order with amazon. still no books at amazon, no ship dates well sept. last given and then they offered to ship free. g I think Amazon way under ordered the amount of books. just yesterday before i cancelled order i two revised ship dates.
