Two counterpoints to your two points. Get the point? (Believe me, to go on much further would be pointless!)

Amazing POINT Number One:

1. You are correct -- to a POINT. One of the advantages of the human mind and conceptual thought is to build on what has gone before. Also to learn from error and correct one's course, which too much of Mankind fails to due. Many are great at rationalization, not reason.

Simply Incredible POINT Number Two:

2. Those who cooperate do not lead. True innovators and creators rarely cooperated. They had to fight to get the world to see their POINT (vision). Many "cooperators" are simply parasites or good little nazis. ("I was only following orders.")

There. Now I have POINTED you in the right direction.
