The latest rumor concerns the Chinese maneuvering for position in Kazakhstan. As a recent article stated, China has contacted several countries ostracized by the U.S. in hopes of building pipelines, and ultimately, become a dominant player in the global energy industry. There have been unsubstantiated rumors of a Hong Kong investment firm with intentions of buying a large stake in AIPN. As the story unfolds, I will keep the board informed. Best regards Tony
