If the SEC isn't looking into some of the other stocks I post to they will never look at this. I suspect they are only there to make people "feel" safe when they invest, and throw someone occasionally to the wolves.

I hate to be such a cynic but I have seen so much over the years that I am a believer in the "big" conspiracy.

Did you read the SEC report on Nasdaq? They have taped conversations of market makers calling other market makers to warn them that their analyst has just reduced estimates on the stock they both make a market in. That is the supposed competition. Oh, and by the way, the first market maker was holding customer "sell at the open" orders. His firms customers. And no one is going to prison, or I suspect losing their job. This game is meant to take our money, as I was trained.
