I agree, but "I" think it's the MM's and I also think they are wait- ing to "discover" this security in 97 after they finish dumping it from their 96 portfolios. After all, if I were one of them, I sure wudn't want this dog showing up in my y-e results. Saaaaayyy, aren't some y-e bonus's tied to portfolio performance? Nah, even at ~8/shr (2.5B takeout), that's still a LOT of $$$ for someone to swallow. BTW, have you read the latest security problems NT is having (big time ones!). But, of course they will be "fixed" in the v5 release (uh huh). No, I'll hang around a tad longer. Regards, Joe....
