These other options with prefix UQY are from U.S. Robotics. COMS bought them last year and these are the old USRX options. As an old USRX holder, I received 1.75 shares of COMS for each share of USRX.

Since I don't hold any of these options anymore, I am really not sure how the strike price is modified. Possibly divide 40/1.75??
