tandem's prodcut and engr is going to be great for team.
Cpq will re-engineer their internal systems to make excellent profit per employee.
they will also improve their mfg'ing processes.

Tandem gave me a tour of their plants in 1984 and 1987.
I almost throw up it was so archaic..gggg

One problem has been no ERP's on tandems.
only RESPOND system. ANd tandem wasn't even into rf data collection
then. using tradition wands instead of the real productivty increasers.
Plus, CPQ already got ELM and that will move quicky to tandem.
