Craig, The 'Quicken' downgrade was also reported on the Yahoo message board. I went to Quicken and there's no reason for it. They have no changes in the earnings estimates, still the same as they've been all year. The analyst needs to be contacted again to see if he has changed his rating. Every place I've looked has it as a Strong Buy. Ron
