Thanks for the reply.

I suspect it is most helpful that you have passed on the information. That's pretty much what I do a little of occasionally. After that it is up to the individual(s) to look into things and decide for themselves whether it is of any particular use in their situation. As for Mendez and other leaders, it gets more personally intense and costly to make a mistake, and they bear the greatest consequences firstly, and investors secondly. For that reason I accept a companies discretion, knowing they have information I do not to make decisions with. They are on the hot seat to do it right, whatever 'right' is in a particular situation. But the wondering is always answered over time, and good or bad, the consequences follow. That's the tricky part for us investors IMO. Judging the judgements and actions of company steering members accurately enough to know where good long term value is (for longs). Takes a lot of DD, and I honestly don't follow LGOV close enough to comfortably make any fine estimations. Having only several thousand shares, it is not my main focus, just a hold. Called the company once - was not impressed with IR and response, and expect it is a little operation (less than 50 employees) but really haven't pursued it further. PNL is my main interest (everybody has one?) and thought there might be good utility available for LGOV since they provide SME's the full toolset for international procurement, delivery, customs, insurance and financing options (e-credit.com added in next website upgrade coming). The B2B world is shrinking by the minute.

As for the SEC - seems like a good idea gone off the deep end with their timetable design. Seems like typical government inefficiency in many respects. Overall, I think the reporting idea is great, just a lousy job of implementing it.
