Huge, huge effect on Global Terrorism is what the capture of Saddam Hussein means.............. It sends the message around the world that if you fluck with the United States we will get you, it may take a while but we will get you,... is that loud and clear......... do I make myself perfectly clear...can you handle the truth.... Showing this guy as the lame ass creep that he is, just out of his rat hole is an enormus psycological slap to every potential Arab wannabe terrorist, wannabe bad ass in the ME.....
