why what? I actually was pissed enough at the three bad experiences the past two months with broadband that I decided to write an article on it: suite101.com The sad part is once you use broadband, you just can't use dial-up unless you are using it when all are at work and the lines go fast enough for text work. They have present customers by the short hairs... Kirk out
