Would you believe my computer did it the other night with Netscape 4.61. I just remembered I did an Office 97 Service Pack 2 update the week I installed Netscape 4.7.

So when I restored a new image (from back-up) with Netscape 4.61 installed, everything was fine. After I did the Office Service Pack patch, I have the re-boot bug a day later.

These is a really dangerous bug, if you are working on the computer and don't save your data, you could lose it all, as you get NO warning of the reboot. It's a real tough problem to diagnose, I am not going to restore another image unless it does it again.

When I installed Netscape 4.7 and Office Service Pack 2, I had that reboot bug 5 times in one week. So far I am at 1 reboot in 3 days.

Thanks for the link, Doug!

BTW
Anyone here with a Palm Pilot V? I am getting a strange bug when the battery gets low.
