Joan, My recent longs have included Duramed Pharmaceuticals and Comcast, the fiber optics co. If you are nimble, some of the non-PC chips are looking good temporarily: CY, LSI, Atmel, ADI, Maxim, etc. But, except for ADI and Atmel, these cos. don't have a long term, so you have to be ready to dump them if the credit binge goosing consumer electronic sales looks to be coming to a halt. You got me interested in Belgium and I am giving it an extremely hairy eyeball right now.
