Bob Davis, Minister Timothy's remarks about "IGC" and "Island Sports Book and Casino" IBCs seem to press home the point that those entities were just recently created AND owned by Gary Borglund. This effectively should end all speculation as to whether Island Sports Book has any "special" relationship with the Dominica Gov't. Also Minister Timothy's comment concerning the extra 5% fee the Gov't will receive due to GLOW being a "good corporate citizen" seems to me a little odd. Looks like GLOW had to up the ante to play with the big boys!! LOL! Peace Riccardo
