i was not a stockholder in solv. i have found that , for example, wellrich, a boiler room, solicited unregistered stock w/o being a b/d. they attempted to get aznt 144 stockholders to sell their stock for 'in-house' stocks they are touting. in a more recent case, the stock they were touting was owned by a shortseller of a stock the boiler room was calling, with an obtained no-bo list, trying to get stock to cover the short. you can dismiss this , but digging deeper reveals that 'mooch' lists are exchanged amongst these boiler rooms & you will find certain names popping up at several of the boiler rooms. now this article about solv ex perked my interest because certain bashers seem attracted by stocks these boiler rooms attack. the telemarketers will call those the company wishes, or does, business with in concert with si bashers calling reporters attemping to get hatchet pieces written, etc. you can dismiss this, that is your right. i believe many find it relevant.
