That's not me talking -- that's quoted directly from a C-Net news report. It sounds
like plain English to me. I should also point out that as Intel is an investor in C-Net,
any bias in the reporting would likely fall on Intel's side. It's why I provided them as
a source in the first place.


If that is true, then the current owner of these patents will have to sue Intel. I hope they have deep pockets. If these patents do read as "prior art" on Intel's Merced patents, the current owner of these patents will sue for patent infringement and invalidate Intel's Merced Patents. Of course, the common strategy for Intel will be to try to Invalidate those Exponential patents.
