Ruff, That is a new low, even for Snyder. It reminds me of the local press coverage here in St. Louis of a set of unemployment reports in the late 80's. There was a temporary shutdown of some auto plants that resulted in a large number of auto workers added to the unemployment rolls for one month only. The market knew it was coming, so no big deal, right?

Well, the headline after the first unemployment report was something like "Jobless Rate Spikes Sharply Higher". Down in the article further it explained why. The headline after the next month's report was something like "Return of Auto Workers Reduces Jobless Rate".
