Excellent question Al. The deflationist expect lower rates and view this as a pull back from bond highs. I dont see that. I think rates can go to 7% and i think its possible that market will stay robust. Prices should fall somewhat in response to higher rates. Its all a game about monthly mortgage payments for most folks. Mike
