Does anyone think that questions about the negotiations will not be raised at the upcoming Qualcomm earnings' report?

I can only pray that the analysts will show similar restraint....but I doubt it, the risks for Qualcomm are substantially higher than for Nokia. Losing these disputes wont to do anything to damage Nokia's business model, while a significant portion of Qualcomm's royalties are at risk. That is the analysts interpretation and it is likely to be reflected in the numbers of questions during the respective calls. Unfortunately, I generally agree with that position.
