You can get it for free from S&P web site. they do both bottoms up and tops down. I track them both monthly and it appears Brinker starts low so he can raise his estimates as the year progresses and become "more bullish" for meeting his original guess for the market target... when he's way wrong, he blames an exogenous event. Fun to watch.
