Why would Wave get 23 million in a private placement and than possiblity 100million from HP? It all depends on whom offered the bread for the 23 million financing. Wave's release stated that it went to institutional and strategic investors. Getting Waves shares into strategic and institutional hands is critical to building Wave's shareholder base and securing potential Wall Street coverage in the future. Long and loving it. ( I will be loving it more after the relisting)
