Apparently there are at least two orders:

energy.gov

The above was extended for two weeks from 1/23 which brings us to 2/6. A reading indicates it clearly deals with electricity generation.

The gas sales order expires 2/7 and is separate. But I have not been able to dig up a reference yet.
