FACTS:

NOK TO QCOM: We agree that we have to pay you royalty. Period.

NOK TO QCOM: We think it is worth? (1%~3%?????)

QCOM TO NOK: 5% TO CROSS THE TOLL BRIDGE

I am not sure why so much discussion about all the patents, 1992, 2001, expiration, etc.

For the last time please remember that as of a week ago NOK has agreed to pay royalties to QCOM. That is a fact. They just have to come to an agreement on how much.
