Not really, all things being relative - oil revenue will have fallen off a cliff, manufacturing exports way down no doubt, times are tough all over ... salaries paid to PGR/AFI personnel were already puny compared with the other side, it is extremely difficult to compete with that volume of money ... now the army is providing some teeth, this puts national honour on the job, and judging from their relative performance down south, i'd expect that though suffering from advanced cranial ossification like all militaries, they'll do better, or less worse anyway, than the cops TDW is putting margin interest UP 25bps? ... how do they figure ... i was thinking of dipping into the wild side, for what looks like a run coming ... but, nah, means you have to stay glued to the computer, life is too short for that
