Kenny : The company is a shell, KAA and the new board members will be doing a much better job at bring value into it than the past management. It will take some time. When Charles was running things (telling Jack what to do), we perceived a much higher value than today. We based our value of the stock on what Jack was doing (while under the control of someone that had a questionable record). Now we are under the direction of people with a much better record and people who have much more experience & knowledge. I really believe we are in much better shape now. There is much less stock available to trade, when another company is located to merge with it should not take much buying to move the price. At least now with several people involved in the decision making process, we will not be "sold out". We were darn luck to stop Charles from taking CVIA away from us, at least we still have our company! We are far better off today than we were 60 days ago! Thanks Keith and New Board Members! Robert
